Black is a digital insurance company on the blockchain. Our platform connects broker insurance directly with capital that allows them to launch their own virtual insurance company. Thus getting rid of a trusted third party (Insurance Company) from the Blackvalue chainwill fundamentally improve the insurance industry. Black is an insurance platform like Lloyds of London on the blockchain without the costs, delays and bureaucracy that we witnessed today.
The insurance business will be produced by local MGA / Brokers / Agents who are responsible for designing insurance products for the market, setting prices and selling products and arranging claims handling. Black Platform Token ( BLCK ). BLCK empowers infrastructure, provides access to the platform and for voting on system updates to the platform ( utility tokens ). All platform users will use BLCK to manage insurance on the Black platform, and demand for BLCK will increase as more insurance businesses are carried out on the platform.
Black Syndicate Tokens ( BST ) ( issued when the platform is ready ). BST is an investment in insurance capital, and a special BST is made for each syndicate ( security token ), the profitability of the insurance portfolio for a particular syndicate will be forwarded to the BST holder.
About Tokens and Sales
The Black Foundation will issue two types of tokens : Black Platform Tokens ( BLCK utility tokens ) and Token Syndicate Black ( BSTs security tokens ). BLCK can be purchased and owned by each User account in the Public Ethereum network, while BST can only be purchased and owned by a verified "Accredited Investor". The BLCK will be used to pay for Platform Services, they will not get a profit, and the total amount of BLCK will only shrink because it was burned by the Black Foundation. BST is an investment made by Syndicates that will generate profits,
and the number and type of BST will grow and shrink based on different
